MAKING YOUR RESERVATION
- 50% of the first month's rental is due as advance deposit to hold your reservation.
- The balance of your first month's rental is due with completion of your lease.
- As each unit is individually owned, all rentals require a security deposit in the amount of $500.00.
- Occupancy limits: 1 Bedroom - 2 persons, all others floorplans - 4 persons.
- Pets are prohibited. We do not accept credit cards. U.S. funds only.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check out time is 10:00 AM.
- We offer after hours check-in service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to the start of the rental period. A cancellation Fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit.
