The average temperature during June, July, and August, only scratches at 90 degrees. Typically, you can expect it to stay in the mid-80s, with lows in the 70s and highs in the upper 80s.
Beaches and Parks Are Better in the Summer
If you take a big look at the beaches and state parks of Sarasota throughout the year, you notice a few themes. While the beaches are popular all year long, the winter season sees a noticeable drop-off. This is great for a romantic escape, especially when the crisp wind blows and you can hold a loved one tight as you hold hands along the beach.
